The Harvest Badge
What is a Harvest Badge?
We have finished experimenting and as of three months ago we have two graduates that have received their Harvest Badges. Harvest Badges come in three different distinct levels. It’s a measure to speed along the process of hiring a felon which can take up to six months sometimes. Our badges give the employer more confidence and the goal is to give them that belief that when they see our badge there are no questions as to who is in front of them.
How long does it take to get a Harvest Badge?
It depends. The first level is Bronze. Bronze takes six months to achieve.
Are Harvest Badges recognized by employers?
At this moment, this is a pilot program, we are conducting Audit Surveys with potential donors, employers, and the criminal justice system.

The hiring process is highly discriminating for felons
While there have been some minor advances in the way felons are treated during the hiring process. The long road to freedom remains a long way to go. For example; if a felon has paid their dues. Finished probation or parole. Killed their number. Is no longer on paper and is 100% out of the system, why are they still felons?

The process takes anywhere from 3 months to a year to achieve the final badge. We take the guesswork out of companies having. to make these huge decisions on whether or not to hire a felon. Harvest Badges will allow the employer to focus on what matters most.

- Three years verifiable sobriety
- Off of Probation or Parole
- Two years in residence
- Five years or more from the date of last offense
- Letter of Purpose
- Verifiable references
Gold Badge
GOLD
REQUIREMENTS
- Three years verifiable sobriety
- Off of Probation or Parole
- Two years in residence
- Seven years or more from the date of last offense
- Letter of Purpose
- Verifiable references
